The delivery of the course is varied in its approach. In-class instruction sessions, classroom observation, seminars, workshops, group discussions, teaching practice sessions and hands-on activities are all parts of the training course. Participants are expected to actively engage themselves in each of these sessions to gain maximum insight into their personal learning about how to facilitate learning in young learners. During the training period, participants will develop learning materials and lesson plans. They will demonstrate their comprehension of the course materials through the practice teaching sessions. Practice teaching involves two aspects: peer teach and teaching practice in real learning environments.
